We are hiring Graduate Area/Shift Managers across Italy to join our fulfilment and operations network. We seek motivated individuals with strong leadership skills and business acumen for this permanent position.
What you’ll do: As an Area/Shift Manager, you’ll lead teams in either Fulfillment Center operations (Receive, Stow, Pick, Pack, Ship) or Delivery Stations. You’ll optimize delivery processes while ensuring speed, accuracy, and cost-effectiveness.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (completed before start date)
